Correct! The answer is C. The Rider Tarot was not the first deck to include scenes on its numeric cards, e.g., the late 15th-century Sola-Busca Tarot includes scenes too. In fact, the design of the Three of Swords of The Rider Tarot (bottom, left) was almost certainly based on that of the Sola-Busca Tarot (right).
