Correct! The answer is D (none of the above). Many decks shows pips or suit signs rather than scenes on their numeric cards, including many which: do not belong to the Tarot de Marseille family of decks, were designed in the 20th century, or were designed specifically for occult or esoteric purposes. For example, Tarot Balbi by Domenico Balbi and Tarot of the Witches by Fergus Hall (see below) meet all of these criteria.
